Please Note: The Italian Postal Service has resumed sending packages to the United States. We will be adding tariff information as soon as it is passed on to us by the postal authority. In the meantime, our valued American customers should feel free to order in the usual way. Updates coming soon.
General Shipping Terms:
We do our best to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days from the time that we receive them. For custom jewelry orders, please allow one week for us to create your piece(s) before we ship. If any items needed to fill your order are out of stock, we will either substitute a similar item of equal value, or we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival for that item, to find out how you would like to proceed. In cases where either option is viable, we will refund that portion of your purchase via the payment method that was used when your order was initially placed.
At checkout a number of shipping options will be offered according to your geographical location. If you have specific needs concerning shipping please contact us.
Shipping options are listed below:
Our default shipping method is Priority Post International through the Poste Italiane. All orders are well-packaged in bubble wrap, and are shipped in padded envelopes, rather than in boxes, to keep the weight down in order to save on shipping charges. Most of our orders are shipped outside of Italy, and we have found the Priority Post International option to be a reliable, inexpensive shipping option. International orders generally arrive within 7-14 days, depending on their final destination.
*Priority Post Italy:
Your package is Tracked but not signed for by Recipient. As this option is not insured, customer assumes risk in case of lost packages.
*Priority Post International:
Your package is Tracked but not signed for by Recipient. As this option is not insured, customer assumes risk in case of lost packages.
*Registered Post International: Tracked & Signed For
Your package is tracked and must be signed for upon delivery. Because of the extra handling involved, this shipping method can take longer than Priority Post. We recommend it for shipping orders over €100.
*International Express In Europe (2 - 3 Day):
Tracked & Signed For. Prices and delivery times may vary widely according to carrier. If this option is more expensive than the amount of the default shipping charges that you paid when you selected this shipping option, or if this service is not available for delivery to your area, we will automatically ship via the Registered Post option, and refund you for any difference in cost. Please note: While we will do our best to expedite rush orders on our end, we are not responsible for any carriers actual shipping times.

Customs/Duty Charges
We ship from Tuscany, Italy.
Customs/Duty Charges - Italy to the United States: Due to the tariff situation we are currently not shipping to the United States. However, when we resume shipping there, if duty fees do apply, these charges are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.
European Union: There are no customs/duty fees to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union.
Other countries may or may not charge customs/duty fees on items that you purchase from us. If duty fees do apply, these charges are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.
