If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 10 days of the date of receipt. We will evaluate the problem, and do our best to formulate a solution that is fair to all concerned.

For Ribbon and Cord: Generally, because all of our ribbon is cut to order, we do not except returns on any ribbon or cord purchases unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when filling your order.

For Finished Jewelry & Packaged Beads: Authorized returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if you accept store credit in lieu of a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be returned in their original packaging and a copy of the invoice and a clear explanation concerning the nature of the return must accompany the returned merchandise.

All items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipment.
